Portable edge banding machine HELTA 3 is equipped with hot melt gluing unit, temperature adjustment system and automatic feeding. The machine is designed for edge banding of shaped and straight workpieces.

HELTA 50 EDGE BANDER

Designed for the application of pre-glued edging materials and veneers.
This tool is particularly useful for small batch work, on-site situations and for coping with difficult shapes and bevelled edges not easily handled by larger edging machines.
Not suitable for PVC.

• Applies pre-glued edging to panels up to 50mm thick.
• Heats the glue line, not the edging.
• For straight, curved and bevelled edges.

HELTA 50 BT/T EDGE BANDER

A very efficient bench-top machine fitted with an electronically controlled hot air generator and a most effective motor driven flush milling system utilising fully floating heads.
In one pass the work-piece is edgebanded and trimmed flush.
The operator merely needs to feed the first 100mm of edging through the guides at the start of each work-piece and use the cut-off guillotine at the end of each operation.

• Applies pre-glued edging to panels up to 50mm thick.
• Nip-roller tape feed device.
• Excellent finish using plastic or veneer edging.
• Panels from 10mm to 50mm thick can be edgebanded.
• Stepless electronic temperature control.
• Manual cut-off guillotine.
• Feed speed up to 11 in/mm.
