Service

A12 Machinery are able to offer a service to the customer based on staff with knowledge gained from many years within the woodworking machinery industry.

Advice is freely available to assist in the supply of machinery to meet production needs or services including meeting the requirements of the PUWER regulations. Our engineers are available for on site repair and maintenance of machines or for the fitting of brakes, etc to meet the modern safety regulations.

Our own in-house engineering work is carried out for the refurbishment of our range of used machinery. To meet our need to maintain our stock of second hand machines, ‘trade ins’ or direct purchases of customers machines may be made.

Spares Backup

A wide range of spares are held for our agency machines. For example, a recent check on stock availability, showed that over 70% of Altendorf spares supplied by A12 were direct from our own stock.

Spare parts for non-agency machines can be sourced.

Tooling such as saw blades and cutterblocks are held and special tooling requirements can be met.
